All we need is your name, address and email. Any information that you provide to ProQuo will be used only with your consent.

Choose the organizations that you want to stop using your personal information

Click the "Stop" button below each organization and follow the instructions to remove your name from these organizations. In most cases, ProQuo will electronically submit your request. In other cases, ProQuo will help you request removal of your personal information by taking you to another site or helping you print a letter to mail.

Choose the catalogs you wish to receive and select the catalogs that you want to stop receiving

Click the catalog image and request to start or stop receiving the catalog. ProQuo will electronically submit your request.

Return to ProQuo regularly

As we find ways of removing your name from additional lists and data brokers, we will help you to make these choices. We will also help you select additional catalogs to manage. In the future, you will be able to request new offers that interest you.
